Terry and Frank Shaw played their final today and I am told it went all the way to sudden death on the 19th hole. I shall look forward to hearing the blow by blow account of the match.

Congratulations to John & Jill Richards for winning this year’s Pairs Matchplay Knockout.

Their match with Andy Barnes & Brian Stocks was played today and proved to be another nail biting finish.

John & Jill were 3 up at one point but Andy & Brian fought back and after 18 holes it was all square. John & Jill managed to secure the victory on the 19th hole.
