The new method for entry into Par 3 Club weekly competitions are as follows.
- All players must book on-line into a tee time. Just turning up to see if a spare place is available is not permitted.
- Booking into the Par 3 Club Reserved Tee times (7.30am to 9:30am) must be done through the Master Scoreboard booking system and not via the centre.
- In the event that a suitable tee time is not available then members are permitted to book a tee time, on-line through the Centre, outside the Par 3 Club reserved tee times at any time up to 12:00 noon. All score cards must be put in the competition box by no later than 3:00pm.
- Members are requested to enter their scores online through the Master Scoreboard site before 6:00pm on the day of the competition.
- Envelopes will be available to pay your £1 competition entry fee on a table in front of the Par 3 Club noticeboard as you enter the clubhouse (one way system). Write your name(s) on the envelope and include your competition entry fee. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN PEN
- Take your completed envelope through to the Pro Shop and put it in the competition box at the same time that you register for your round and collect your scorecard.
- There is no requirement to sign in for the competition.
- DO NOT exchange score cards.
- Mark your scores as player Column A and your “marker” as scorer Column D.
- Sign your card as player and enter your “marker’s” name in the markers area.
- Mark it clearly, as it will be checked against your marker’s card.
- When your round is completed you may want to note your scores on a separate card before placing your signed card in the competition box, so that you can enter your scores on-line later. Alternatively, take a photo of your card.
- Enter your scores online using Master Scoreboard. This can be done up to 6:00pm on the day of the competition
- YOU CANNOT ENTER YOUR SCORES IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE CENTRE RULES AND SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES.
