Main Course

Roast Norfolk Turkey Breast with sausage wrapped in smoked bacon, sage, onion, chestnut & cranberry stuffing, white wine & cranberry gravy

Braised Haunch of Venison smoked bacon, red wine, mushrooms & baby onions, served with wholegrain mustard mash

Fillet of Salmon stuffed with Crab baked with a herb crust, served on crushed mids with a chive & butter sauce.

Mushroom Brie & Cranberry Wellington with a light butter sauce

 

Dessert

Homemade Christmas Pudding served with a brandy sauce
