Submission of proposals – For consideration to be included in the AGM Agenda

Any members wishing to submit a proposal for inclusion at the AGM must do so in writing.

Proposals may be passed on via any committee member, however submission via email is preferable, via chairman@par3club.co.uk.

  • All proposals require a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be current members of the Par 3 Club.
  • Proposals must be received by the Committee no later than 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
  • Proposers will be invited to present their proposals to the members present at the meeting.

Guidelines for submitting proposals

  • Proposals require a proposer and a seconder
  • The proposal should be clearly stated, unambiguous and as concise as possible.
  • The proposal should include the rationale behind the proposal and should identify any benefits for the membership/club.
