Submission of proposals

For consideration to be included in the AGM Agenda

 

Any members wishing to submit a proposal for inclusion at the AGM must do so in writing.

Proposals may be passed on via any committee member.

Submision via email is acceptable, via chairman@par3club.co.uk.

 

• All proposals require a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be current members of the Par 3 Club.
• Proposals must be received by the Committee no later than 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

 

Guidelines for submitting proposals

• Proposals require a proposer and a seconder
• The proposal should be clearly stated, unambiguous and as concise as possible.
• The proposal should include the rationale behind the proposal and should identify any benefits for the membership/club.
